Six Acting Captain students, along with several additional firefighters and support staff, recently participated in live fire training in Maple Ridge, Canada. This hands-on experience provided valuable opportunities to strengthen leadership, teamwork, and fireground decision-making skills in realistic conditions. Great job everyone!

If you’ve driven through downtown Bellingham over the last couple of weeks, you may have seen our crews training at the former Bellingham Housing Authority property.

Opportunities to train in buildings like these are invaluable, giving our crews realistic, hands-on experience in an unfamiliar environment.

A big thank you to the Bellingham Housing Authority for making this training possible!

Bellingham Fire took on Bellingham Police in a friendly softball game and came away with a 20 to 7 victory!

Great game and great competition with our friends at BPD.
