🌟 Meet the Team Monday: Danelle! 🌟

This week, we're excited to introduce Danelle, our Guardianship Specialist/Finance team member! Danelle has been with RCAS for 11 months and brings over 20 years of insurance experience to her role. She joined RCAS looking for something new and exciting, and she loves that no two days are ever the same. One of the accomplishments she's most proud of is being able to help those who need support and services the most.

When she's not at work, you'll likely find Danelle spending time with family and friends, planning a celebration, shopping, and playing cards. Her positive outlook shines through in everything she does, and she strives to make every day a good day for herself and those around her. We're grateful to have Danelle as part of the RCAS family! 💙

At Rock County Advocacy Services, Inc., our team members make a difference every day through compassion, connection, and service. This week, we're excited to spotlight Sandy, our Administrative Assistant, who has been a valued part of the RCAS team for 4 years.

Sandy was inspired to join RCAS because she has always admired people who genuinely enjoy helping others. Seeing how a positive attitude and excellent customer service can brighten someone's day motivated her to pursue a role where she could interact with clients and make a meaningful difference.

In her role, Sandy enjoys building positive relationships with clients, helping them solve problems, and ensuring they leave with a positive experience. She is especially proud of the connections she has built throughout her time at RCAS and the opportunities she's had to make someone's day a little easier.

Outside of work, Sandy enjoys boating, swimming, spending time with family and friends, visiting farmers markets, and attending concerts.
