The City of Mahnomen and HRDC are seeking input from residents regarding interest in pursuing additional funding for the Homeowner Rehabilitation Program through the Minnesota DEED Small Cities Development Program.

Due to the large amount of interest received during the City’s first homeowner rehabilitation funding opportunity, the City and HRDC are exploring the need for additional funding to assist more homeowners in our community.

If you are a homeowner who may be interested in participating in a future rehabilitation program, please plan to attend. Your interest and feedback will help the City and HRDC determine the need for additional homeowner rehabilitation funding in our community.

HRDC invites designers, builders, students and community members to enter A Home for Every Neighbor, a housing design competition centered on universal design, affordability, sustainability and neighborhood fit.
