Grant Opportunity for Commercial Buildings in Appleton! 🏢

We are currently accepting applications for the Small Cities Development Program Grant for Commercial Properties! Eligible property owners may qualify for up to $40,000 in funding to make necessary building repairs and improvements!

Eligible improvements include, roofing, windows, and doors, exterior repairs and facade improvements, structural and safety improvements, ADA accessibility upgrades.

These loans may be fully forgiven after 5 years if the property does not change ownership. Property owners are responsible for a 20% project match and any costs exceeding the loan limit.
