Attended a Tabletop Exercise today at Arkema. They had a fictitious rail car with a valve leaking hydrogen fluoride. Various scenarios with wind speeds were discussed and plotted on the map. Between Arkema and the other plant responders, Law Enforcement, EMS, Coast Guard, Railroad, and Emergency Management, if this was a reality, these groups will safely respond for our community.
