I would like to Thank the Rockport Volunteer Fire Department! What an Awesome group of people that we have meet a few times at fire calls or at some of their awesome events! They donated some Hydraulic tools to our department that will be a huge asset to the department! These tools are not cheap and with this set, we will be able to have them at the ready on our Rescue Unit!
We recently had an extrication training and used these tools to get familiar with them and they worked great!

Finally putting this post out bc now our Heavy Brush 83 Truck is in Service ready for anything that comes its way!

With that being said on behalf of our department and the entire community, we would like to sincerely thank you for your generous donation toward the purchase of our 5-ton brush truck.
Your support means so much to us. This new truck will be an important addition to our department and will greatly improve our ability to respond to brush fires, wildfires, and other emergencies while helping protect the lives, homes, and property of those we serve.

We have another HUGE shoutout to the Texas Forestry Service for the grant to get a new skid unit! We were able to get a big one for the New large Brush unit we have now!
Along with them a Huge shoutout has to go to Mr. and Mrs. McAdoo from Berclair their generosity made it possible to afford the share cost with the TFS for the unit!
When we are blessed with help to either upgrade or even get something new for the department! It really means a lot to all the Volunteers here at the Berclair VFD!
Just goes to show you how much the community means to us to be able to get items like this to help out everyone!

Want to give a HUGE shoutout to the Texas Forestry Service for giving us the grant for a new tanker that we added to the Berclair VFD! It’s a huge help not only to the community but to the County of Goliad! Without them it would not have been possible for us to afford a New updated tanker!
Also along with them a Huge shoutout has to go to Engie and the Ray Ranch Solar Group! Without them and their generosity we would not have been able to afford the share cost with the TFS! Because they came thru in a big way, they made it possible to get this tanker!
We are Blessed to have such great groups willing to help us better the community!
We can never thank yall both enough for the support and generosity yall have shown our Volunteer Fire Department!
