A MESSAGE FROM COUNCILMAN JOHN FOSTER & VINCENT CAPONE:

We have greatly enjoyed connecting with many of our neighbors in Berkeley Heights. Thank you for taking the time to meet with us during our walks through the neighborhoods of Berkeley Heights. We listened and heard your concerns loud and clear, especially the need to address infrastructure issues in a thoughtful and cost-effective manner. We will advocate on your behalf.

We are asking for your vote to maintain the current balance of the Town Council -- 3 Democrats and 3 Republicans, with the Democrat Mayor being the tie-breaking vote, if necessary. This combination will continue to encourage balanced and robust debate and representation of our diverse town.

Vote Column B: John Foster (8B) and Vincent Capone (7B)
