Shane Boor To Receive Free ACLU Defense For Flipping Off Cop Shane Boor, a 35-year-old Colorado man arrested for extending his middle finger toward a Colorado State Trooper, will receive free defense services from the ACLU of Colorado. Boor displayed his middle finger in April when he drove past a state trooper who had pulled over another car.
