We unequivocally condemn any justification or implied condoning of the killing of innocent people by any student representatives. The late statement, issued and signed by several ASUC representatives and RSOs, is abhorrent. Some of our members take different positions on the recent event, which we absolutely embrace, but there is a difference between expressing your sympathies for the lives lost and promoting hateful content. We encourage individuals to have respectful conversations down below and in their daily walk.

If you or your organization would like to become a signatory to this Response message, feel free to DM us and we will append your organization/individual’s name to the statement. The updated signatory list is available as a Google Document linked in our Instagram bios. It is time to put political differences and intolerance to the side, and pray for the innocent lives lost— all of them.

In remembrance of the 9/11 terrorist attack in New York, we honor the lives of the 2,977 people that have left us 22 years ago. As time goes on, we shall never forget those events that threatened our liberty and way of life.
May all the victims rest in peace.

We are thrilled to have received the Chapter of the Year Award from !Last weekend, 6 members of our chapter attended the California College Republicans Convention in Las Vegas, and 3 were elected as Chair, Vice Chair, and Bay Area Regional Vice Chair. We are honored to be working with the state organization to actively participate in state politics and revitalize California!
