SIX YEARS STRAIGHT! 🎉 And this one surprised me.
Windsor Group LLC has once again been named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies, ranking #4,896 in the nation- our sixth consecutive year!
Admittedly, I wasn’t sure we would make it this year.
As entrepreneurs, we want the trajectory to always be up, up, up. But business has extraordinary growth years, transition years, wins, losses, and a few anomalies along the way.
👉🏽 Here’s what makes six years so meaningful: rapid percentage growth can come more easily from a smaller revenue base. The larger your base becomes, the harder it is to sustain the growth required to remain among America’s fastest-growing companies.
And Windsor has grown. We’ve secured $110M+ in prime federal contracts, supported 18+ federal agencies, created opportunities for hundreds of professionals, subcontracted millions to other small businesses, and contributed $750K+ to nonprofit and community organizations.
We’ve won contracts and lost contracts. We’ve welcomed incredible people and said goodbye to key members of our team. But through every season, we never lost our focus.
None of this happens without our employees, independent consultants, subcontractors, joint venture and teaming partners, and the clients who trust us with their missions. I am deeply grateful to each of you. 💙
Making the Inc. 5000 once is an accomplishment. Staying on it year after year, beyond those initial years of rapid growth, is something else entirely.
