I am grateful, thankful and humbled by the support I have received throughout this campaign process. This journey started about a year and a half ago. I had no plans to run for local government office until I noticed an increase in crime, homelessness, mental illness and - the most concerning - the attack on our children’s minds and bodies. I saw students being taught what to think, not how to think. And not only were they being taught to hate America and each other, but they were also being sexualized. I decided I had to do something. I began researching, networking and engaging with parents, business owners and community members here in Beverly Hills. After hearing their concerns/experiences, I become even more emboldened to advocate for those who had no voice. I will continue to use my voice to advocate for academic excellence, freedom of thought, and family values. Merry Christmas! 💞

I am the only candidate who offers a guarantee on my campaign pledges. I am the only candidate who has publicly stated that the district is more interested in pushing politically trending issues (such as Diversity Equity and Inclusion - allocated $20,000 for the DEI audit alone - and LGBTQ initiatives) over failing academic scores and the crumbling special education programs. I oppose mask and Covid vaccines mandates - it’s the parents place to decide these issues, not the state’s.

I have been advocating for children over 14 years, and I will continue to do so as board member. It is time for change. Let your voice be heard and vote for Janessa LaVoice! 🗳

This is the GENDER TRANSITION SCHOOL SUPPORT PLAN.

BHUSD allows students to begin their gender transitioning by filling out this CONFIDENTIAL form. It appears that parents’ approval is not required for the school to proceed with the student’s “transitioning”.

I wonder how many parents are aware of this and if the Board consulted them before approving it?
