The Monroe County Housing Authority is currently accepting applications for the Monroe County Scattered Sites – Big Pine Key! This development features ten (10) 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom single-family homes located at 31535 Avenue C, Big Pine Key, FL.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS TO KNOW:
• ONLY 1 application per household. (Submitting more than one will disqualify you!)
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Households cannot exceed 2 people at the time of admission.
• Household must earn at least $48,000 per year.
• Maximum Income: Cannot exceed $80,300 (1 Person) or $91,700 (2 Persons).
• All household members are subject to background checks.

In observance of Independence Day, Monroe County Housing Authority Rental Offices will be closed at noon on Thursday, July 2nd, and closed all day on Friday, July 3rd. We will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 6th.
