A reminder that the Fall Luncheon is this coming Wednesday, October 7, at 11:30 a.m. at the Eisler Center. Our speaker will be Dr. Deborah Brown, who is leading the development of the dental therapy program at Ferris. The cost is $25. Please RSVP as soon as possible to Kristine Workman at 231-591-3883.

The Jim Crow Museum's grand opening was this past week. Follow this link for information on hours of operation and ticket costs.

*Last admission will occur one hour before closing. This policy aligns with museum industry best practices and ensures visitors have adequate time to experience the museum's exhibitions while supporting effective daily operations and facility management.

Did you receive your annual postcard of events in the mail? Note that the first event listed is the picnic this coming Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. at the north pavilion at Northend Park in Big Rapids. Bring your own table service and a dish to pass. The Emeriti Board of Directors will provide bottled water and broasted chicken from Crankers. See you there, rain or shine!

The annual FSU Emeriti Association Summer Picnic will be held on Wednesday, August 12, at the Northend Park pavilion in Big Rapids beginning at 11:30 a.m. The FSUEA Board will be providing the chicken from Crankers. Please bring a dish to pass and your own table service. See you there!
