Right now, we are just over 30 of 100 pies ordered for our fundraiser. We are so grateful for everyone who has taken a piece of the pie so far!

Every single order helps us fund incredible sensory activities for the amazing adults with disabilities in our program. Sensory experiences engage the senses, bring immense joy, and support everyday learning—but we need your help to reach our goal!

⏰ The last day to order your pie is Sunday, October 25th.

At VCR-Zone, Erin and Sheila spent nearly an hour taking turns, helping each other, and sharing plenty of laughs while playing classic arcade games. Thanks to adaptive controllers, including a trackball interface, everyone has the opportunity to participate and enjoy the experience. Justy kept the Atari 2600 ready for the next round, making sure the fun never stopped. What stood out most was the incredible teamwork, patience, and support shown by everyone involved. Moments like these remind us that recreation is about so much more than playing a game; it's about connection, inclusion, and celebrating each person's abilities. 💙

This week, we received a message from the crossing guard at Ponderosa Elementary thanking our drivers for consistently following the speed limit in the school zone on King Avenue East and helping keep students safe.

What makes this compliment even more meaningful is that these drivers are our Direct Support Professionals.
Every day, our DSPs support individuals in living meaningful, independent lives. They show patience, compassion, and responsibility not only while providing services, but also during every trip, outing, and community activity.

We are so proud of the positive example our DSPs set and grateful for the care they show both to the people we support and to our community.

Thank you to the crossing guard for recognizing their efforts, and thank you to our amazing DSPs for making a difference every day. 💙

Meet Rocco, our Paw-ventative Maintenance Technician. His daily duties include chair testing, snack detection, morale boosting, and looking adorable while avoiding actual work. He's also the office's leading expert in bark-order management and conducts all inspections by sniffing out potential issues.

Fresh off his Employee of the Month win, Rocco is awake, alert, and ready to supervise... just as soon as he finishes waking up from his quality-control nap 💤
