HRDC District 7 Community Action Agency We are a private nonprofit serving residents of Big Horn, Carbon, Stillwater, Sweet Grass and Yellowstone Counties. USDA is an equal opportunity employer.

We are a private non-profit organization with the mission to empower people in need through mobilizing and developing community resources by creating opportunities for success in Big Horn, Carbon, Stillwater, Sweet Grass and Yellowstone counties. Do you know an expecting mother or someone with young children? The Community Baby Shower is a FREE event providing resources, raffle prizes, snacks, and more -- plus connecting people to support that can help their family build a bright future.

Join us Oct. 24 between 1:30 and 4:30 pm in the Billings Public Library Community Room.

The cold season is on the way! Our LIHEAP program provides assistance for heating costs throughout the winter for those in Big Horn, Carbon, Stillwater, Sweet Grass, and Yellowstone counties. LIHEAP applications are available from September 1st through April 30.

Stop by the library lobby to connect with HRDC District 7 Community Action Agency! Employees from HRDC will be available to assist you in accessing, understanding, and applying for services.

HRDC (Human Resource Development Council) is a private, nonprofit dedicated to serving and strengthening communities throughout south-central Montana. The agency provides a multitude of services including Emergency Services, Food and Nutrition, Education, Employment, Housing, Transportation, Weatherization, and more.
