Established in 1901, the first library was donated in memory of Parmly Billings, eldest son of Frederick Billings for whom the city of Billings was named. Today, you can find books, DVDs, audiobooks and much more at the Library. In fact, you can even use the Library from our website, or check out the bookmobile or senior services when they come to your neighborhood.

We are proud to be partnering with the University of Montana to provide Blood Draw kits! 🩺

"Children, youth, and adults with complex care needs often undergo blood draws more frequently. This kit helps ease anxiety by allowing children to practice the procedure on a teddy bear, making the experience feel more familiar and less intimidating. Families can also read the accompanying book together to help children understand what to expect before the procedure. Through play-based learning, the kit supports healthy coping skills, self-advocacy, and confidence while helping children better understand medical experiences and feel capable, supported, and empowered." - University of MT
