MAJOR DINING CHANGES 🔥 Last year, we ran our campus dining campaign to demand safe, affordable and diverse campus dining. With SODEXO gone we’ve seen some significant progress made.

The membership fee is GONE ‼️Remember the 2 grand per semester you had to pay that didn’t even go towards your dining dollars? ITS GONE 👏

Simple servings will now be at every dining hall. This means more dietary accommodations, like Halal and Kosher, at every dining hall 👏

But… we still have a long way to go. While we welcome these significant improvements, we will continue to fight for affordable dining on this campus. We demand a meal swipe program to ensure true affordability in the dining halls.

This would have not been possible without the over 2,000 students who mobilized to fight for more affordable and accessible campus dining.

Flock is a surveillance company that plays a fundamental role in ICE’s ability to conduct arrests. The students of Binghamton University demand that our tuition dollars stop being used to fund mass deportation.

Despite claiming they have opted out of the national database, the university said themselves that they don’t have access to the data Flock collects. Recent ACLU reporting found that even when localities opt out, data is still collected into the database and shared with ICE. There is no mechanism at the university’s disposal to confirm that our data is not being used in ICE operations.

The students have a clear message for admin: GET THE FLOCK OFF OUR CAMPUS

Off Campus Council has joined the May Day call to action to demand Binghamton University DROP FLOCK. We are proud to have the support of the off campus student community.

Southern Tier Working Families Party has joined the May Day call to action to demand Binghamton University DROP FLOCK. We are proud to have the support of the greater Binghamton community.

Together we can stop ICE by escalating public pressure against companies that provide material support to their operations.

Flock Safety is a surveillance company with automatic license plate readers (ALPRs) at every entrance and exit of the university. Binghamton also has Flock cameras on its off-campus locations — endangering our local immigrant community. Flock’s ALPRs scan, and upload, your license plate number to a national database which, as documented by the ACLU, has been regularly accessed by ICE.

Flock’s national database is instrumental to ICE’s operational capability. 54 organizations have come together, on behalf of the national Schools Drop ICE campaign, to demand an end to our university’s complicity in ICE’s mass campaign of terror.

It’s not just us, May 1 2026 will be a historic day where students and workers will be strategically demonstrating to pressure target companies, like Flock Safety, that support ICE’s operations.

Together we can stop ICE by escalating public pressure against companies that provide material support to their operations.

LET’S KICK FLOCK OFF OUR CAMPUS 🚨 On Friday, April 17 at 1:30pm right outside the union bookstore entrance we will be hosting a mass meeting to vote on the future of our campaign.

At this mass meeting you’ll be able to talk about your ideas for future campaign escalations. Come with your own ideas and you can make a proposal! We’ll then vote on the proposal as a student body! If it passes your idea becomes part of YDSA’s anti-ICE campaign!

1000 Students demand END THE CONTRACT WITH FLOCK SAFETY.

1000 Students demand New York end cooperation with ICE. Pass NY4All, Dignity not Detention and the MELT Act.

We recently hit 1000 signatures on our anti ICE petition. The students of Binghamton University stand united to demand Binghamton University end its complicity with ICE’s mass deportation agenda by ending its contract with Flock Safety.

has won the endorsement of our members because of her work as a part of the BU Council Committee where she demonstrated her support for YDSA and student organizing.

NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED ‼️We will train you before every session! And you’ll be paired up with an experienced canvasser!
