The Town of Dickinson Code Enforcement Office is responsible for conducting all fire safety inspections throughout the town. The Prospect Terrace Fire Department works in partnership with the code enforcement office to identify and report fire safety concerns and code violations observed within the district.

This collaborative effort helps ensure that businesses throughout the town remain compliant with New York State Building and Fire codes while promoting a safer community for residents, employees and visitors.
