The Salvation Army has made a change of personnel. Majors Stephen and Leanne Kelly have been called to serve in a different location. They will no longer be coming to Binghamton. Please help us welcome Captain Jennifer Burke. She will be the new Corps Officer, effective July 1, 2026. She is excited to arrive and begin interacting with our community.
