Last week our employee engagement committee took us to the Chalk Market and we had an amazing time! 🎨
It was the perfect way to step outside the office, get creative, and spend time together as a team. Moments like these remind us how important connection and community are—not just in the work we do, but with each other too.

Clive is a new Case Manager with our Mobile Crisis Response team. He brings compassion, dedication, and a strong commitment to supporting individuals in our community during difficult moments. We are excited to have him as part of the team as he continues to grow in this important work.

In observance of Memorial Day, our main office and the Sunrise Wellness Center will be closed today. We will reopen tomorrow with normal business hours.

Meet Erica Gardner, our new Program Manager for our upcoming Supportive Crisis Stabilization Center! Erica brings compassion, leadership, and a strong commitment to supporting both our staff and the community.
Erica wrote “I am very excited to make an even bigger impact on the community working at our new crisis center! I get to support our staff and community in such a big way, and I'm so grateful to be a part of this!”
We’re so excited to have Erica helping lead this important next chapter at MHAST.

It can be tempting to hide from our difficult emotions. But when we allow ourselves to sit with what we are feeling, we can acknowledge what we’re going through and eventually move past it. With practice, we may even find that life’s ups and downs feel easier to handle.
