Following our tour of Assembly Atlanta, we had an eye-opening visit to SCAD - The University for Creative Careers's Atlanta campus. With over 100 majors, our scholars loved learning about programs ranging from casting, acting, writing, film, advertising, and design to so much more. We toured the studios and recording spaces available to SCAD students and learned how students have contributed to major companies’ advertising campaigns. Thank you, SCAD, for an awesome tour!

It’s been a wonderfully busy semester, and we’re excited to catch you up on what we’ve been up to! 🎬✨

Our Visual Communications scholars had an incredible tour of Assembly Atlanta, where they experienced firsthand what a top-rate film studio has to offer. From learning about lighting and sound to touring makeup rooms, stages, and graphic design printing spaces, our students gained valuable insight into the film industry.

A huge thank you to Ms. Garcia, Ms. Portaleo, and everyone at Assembly Atlanta for taking the time to provide such an impactful experience for our Rams!

Carver and Wenonah JAG members have arrived home to Birmingham! After celebrating Josh’s 1st Place Championship win, we enjoyed the day at Lagoon Amusement Park. The JAG National Career Development Conference was an experience we will never forget! We can’t wait for next year!
