Money to be allocated in Birmingham city budget for student mental health Nine Birmingham City School students have been killed so far in 2022. The proposed 2023 fiscal year budget has millions of dollars going toward investing in the city’s young people.

FYI....We are excited to acknowledge and celebrate our 6th & 7th Grade Scholars tomorrow.

Congratulations to our 8th Scholars and their families. Today was an AWESOME day to celebrate their accomplishments. Thank you Eigth Grade Team for ensuring our scholars were recognized. We would also like to thank Jarrell Jordan and Atty Ron Davis for providing photography!

This Strive Group is designed to aid individuals who want help managing stress, grief, and/or anxiety. Participants will be aided in the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Distress Tolerance Skills. The Teen Mental Health Support Group (ages 14-18) will start Tuesday, June 14 from 3-4 p.m.
