Local governments approve a reusable set of blueprints in advance, then make them available to developers for free or a nominal fee. Builders skip the lengthy, case-by-case permitting process and break ground faster. This leads to faster timelines, lower costs, and more homes.

This year, Washington K-8 earned recognition as a CLAS School of Distinction for its Community Clubs program — and made significant gains on the Alabama State Report Card.

Through our partnership, Navigate Gives Back has helped expand opportunities for extracurricular activities like athletics. Since we started our efforts to remove financial barriers for families and students, participation in athletics has tripled! We look forward to continuing our partnership with Washington K-8.
