Last night, we celebrated the retirement of Kelly Carlton, who served as United Way's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for 35 years!
Kelly's leadership, vision and commitment to our mission have helped shape our organization and strengthen communities across Central Alabama. Along the way, she mentored colleagues, built strong teams and left a lasting impact on countless lives.
"Kelly has served this organization incredibly well and has been the architect behind many of the processes and systems that continue to guide our work today," said Drew Langloh, President and CEO of United Way of Central Alabama. "We are deeply grateful for her service and the legacy she leaves behind."

That’s why Crisis Center, Inc., a UWCA partner agency, offers Youth Talk Line! It's a free resource available daily from 3 to 10 p.m. for young people ages 6 to 18. 📱
