Vision Zero ND VISION ZERO. Zero fatalities. Zero excuses. The mission is to eliminate fatalities and serious injuries caused by motor vehicle crashes.

The Vision Zero strategy aims to establish a culture of personal responsibility where motor vehicle fatalities and serious injuries are recognized as preventable and not tolerated. Every driver and vehicle occupant in North Dakota can help meet the Vision Zero goal by taking personal responsibility when traveling on the road. This means wearing a seat belt at all times, transporting children in child passenger safety seats appropriate for the child’s age, weight and height, driving distraction-free, driving sober (i.e. not under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs), and obeying all posted speed limits. Vision Zero was grateful to be part of the North Dakota Trauma Foundation's annual statewide conference in Fargo! Attendees had the opportunity to try out three different alcohol impairment education tools and learned how Vision Zero can bring these hands-on activities and other resources to their area.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and to everyone in the EMS community for your dedication to saving lives on our roadways and beyond! 🚑 🏥 🚁

The principal said it - the students have to prove it!

Larimore just called their shot: Vision Zero School of the Year! Any other Vision Zero School want to take them on for the title? Show us what you’ve got!

Buckle up, phone down, follow the speed limit and make the rest of the state keep up.

We’re watching. In the best way!
