The crew of Gloucester Twp. Squad 88 and the members of GTFD4 would like to thank our new 7 Brew Coffee on Blackwood Clementon Rd for dropping off some drinks for your on duty firefighters.

Good afternoon Blackwood residents! We are coming to you with some bad news. Out of an abundance of caution we are rescheduling the Santa delivery for this evening. The primary reason for this would be the fresh snowfall has caused many power and communication lines to sag lower than normal. We would not want “The Big Guy” to bump his head on one of those power lines. Also, with the drop in temperature when the sunsets, the roadways will become icy. The rescheduled date will be announced on our social media pages soon! We apologize for the bad news, but as the official “Fire Department Grinch” I have decided to err on the side of caution.

Last evening our department took another step towards our future. Ceremonial oaths of office were taken by Fire Official O’Connor and Firefighters Rodano & Hartman. We appreciate all of the families, friends and firefighters that attended.
