Admission Possible: Applying to College
*** This program is free to attend, but you must register. Teens and/or their Adults are welcome to attend . ***
Join us as we learn all about the many factors that determine whether and where you get into College.

We will also learn:
what influences and informs Admissions Committees decisions
how to best present a strong student application
how to create a suitable list of colleges that meet a student's needs
insider info on the College Essay
how the Financial Aid process works
Urban Myths about colleges
This program will be lead by William "Bill" Indek. Bill has 36 years experience as a Guidance Counselor at Glen Ridge High School. During the last 10 years there he occupied the position of Department Chairmen. In addition to that, Bill also:

served on the Middle States Evaluation Team & Co-Chaired the Essex County North West College Fair Committee.
was a Member and past President of the Essex County Guidance Association
was a Member of the NJ Association of College Admissions Counselors Association
was a Member of the College Board
was recognized by the NJ Interscholastic Association in 2004 for mentoring & counseling student athletes.
has visited 586 colleges (really!)

Today, Ms. Pooja Makhijani visited our Storytime program to introduce us to her recent book, Bread is Love! After the story we worked on our own sourdough starters to take home. Medicare & You Educational Workshop
Join us for a free, informative workshop where we’ll break down the basics of Medicare in a clear, easy to understand way.
Are you turning 65? Already on Medicare? Disabled? Or helping a loved one navigate their options? Topics We’ll Cover:

Adult Dungeons & Dragons
Join us for our Adult Dungeons & Dragons one-shot game!

Our game is running on D&D 5e (based in 2014 edition)! Character Level 5 - premades will be available, or if players want to bring their own characters, they will be able to bring in their own.

**Main things for people bringing their own characters are:

Character made using official D&D published material for 5e
Characters cannot have magic or custom items from other campaigns
Characters must be level 5
No previous playing experience necessary! Spaces are limited. Register by emailing [email protected] to reserve your spot!

Join us for a SPOOKY movie marathon this Halloween!

9:30AM - 10AM: It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown! (Rated G)

10AM - 12PM: Coco (Rated PG)

12PM - 1:30PM: The Nightmare Before Christmas (Rated PG)

2:30PM - 3PM: Hotel Transylvania (Rated PG)
