Member Bob Jorgenson's squadron patch. 364th Fighter Group, 385th Fighter Squadron, 8th Air Force, ETO. 35 missions over enemy territory. One more takeoff than landing. Well. he did land, by parachute, into a Belgian mine field "I wondered why no one came out to greet me". His borrowed P-51's engine quit over the English Channel.
