McLean County Frequent User System Engagement (FUSE) Program has joined 'Street Outreach' with Home Sweet Home Ministries, Project Oz, YWCA McLean County Labyrinth to provide services outside of the office to meet our unhoused community were they are at!

This is about more than offering resources; it's about building relationships, listening without judgment, and reminding people that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.

We’re grateful for our dedicated community partners as they prove meaningful change can start with something simple: showing up.

Every quarter in 2026, our department releases an Emergent Notice of Funding Opportunity to support local community behavioral health resources. These grants are intended to address unexpected loss of funding or unknown circumstances that could not have been reasonably anticipated or planned for, and that may impact the availability of essential behavioral health services in our community.
A total of $60,527.25 has been awarded for Quarter 4 thanks to The Mental Health and Public Safety Fund. We value the partnership between McLean County IL Government, City of Bloomington, Illinois and Town of Normal - Government!!
After reviewing all three submissions, we are pleased to announce that the Q4 recipients are: YouthBuild McLean and Jobs Partnership Re-Entry Blo-No, INC.
Thank you to everyone who applied!

The 9th Annual McLean County Behavioral Health Forum is a free, in-person event that brings together community members, professionals, and organizations to explore key behavioral and mental health topics impacting McLean County. This year's theme, In Full Bloom, celebrates the growth and well-being that can happen when people are given the right conditions to thrive. It recognizes that behavioral health often starts small with a conversation, a new skill, a moment of connection, or an idea; and with the right support, those small beginnings can grow into meaningful change. Together, we can create conditions that help individuals and our community move from crisis toward well-being and bloom.

Don't miss this opportunity to connect, grow, and strengthen McLean Countys behavioral health network.

Continuing Education Credits, Parking, Breakfast and Lunch are provided to those who register by 10/16/2026
