Have you met Hope in Willmar? 💛

Hope serves families across a 60-mile radius. They walk alongside moms and dads from pregnancy until their little ones turn 2, and they bring healthy relationship education to students in 7 area schools.

Now they're building on, with a separate medical space, a bigger baby boutique, and room for a men's mentor.

Every woman who walks into a pregnancy center deserves a nurse with skilled hands and a caring heart.

That is why Elevate Life invests in the people on the front lines. Last week, nurses from our affiliate centers gathered at Hope in Willmar for hands-on ultrasound refresher training with a registered RDMS. Some drove two hours to be there.

The skills they sharpened don't stay in that room. They go home to centers across the region, to every woman who walks through their doors.

Every choice deserves support. Every woman deserves to feel seen. Every center deserves to know it isn't doing this work alone.

Choices Pregnancy Center in Redwood Falls and Marshall knows the first two by heart, and they're choosing to show up for their community in fresh ways. Each week, their team sets up at the college in Marshall so students can put a face to the center before they ever need it. They're building a fatherhood program so men have other men to learn from and lean on. And they're asking good questions about how to make care easier to reach.

We spent the morning with them recently and came away inspired. As an Elevate Life affiliate, Choices has training, leadership coaching, and directors across the region to call on, so they're ready to meet whoever walks through their doors.

The choices they're making today will reach families for years to come.

We recently spent time inside TLC of Hastings, one of the affiliates we support, and wanted to share the full picture of what happens there.

The center is built around dignity and care. A boutique stocked by community donations lets moms earn what they need for their baby through classes. An ultrasound room where a heartbeat changes everything.

And every week, that same building fills up for Baby Cafe, where moms gather with their babies for lactation support and each other. It's the team at TLC Hastings, showing up week after week with steady, hands-on care for every family who walks through the door.

TLC Hastings doesn't just meet a family once. They stay. That's the kind of front-line work our affiliates carry out every day, and it's exactly why Elevate Life exists.

At Pregnancy Choices , life coaching sits at the heart of everything they do, woven into every conversation, every program, every visit.

When a woman comes in facing a pregnancy decision, their coaches ask questions that help her see clearly: What matters most to you? What values do you want to walk forward with?

That's the kind of care that leads to decisions rooted in truth, not fear. And that's what it means to walk alongside someone.

On August 19–20, Elevate Life hosted a REAL Essentials Foundations Certification Training at our headquarters for our affiliates!

Staff from across our network spent two days building hands-on skills to teach healthy relationships, covering communication, conflict navigation, decision-making, and more.

Grateful for everyone who joined us, and excited to see this training multiply its impact across MN, WI, and the Dakotas.

This is Options for Women East Clinic, one of our affiliate centers, right here in the community for 36 years and still going strong.

What sets this center apart is how much they've built in-house. Their prenatal program is run almost entirely by volunteer doctors, nurse practitioners, and a radiologist, all giving their own time so that women can receive free, judgment-free care from pregnancy test through delivery. To date, they've walked alongside families for 313 births and counting.

It's not just about medical care. Downstairs, education and support groups create space to build community with each other. Upstairs, medical care happens with dignity and privacy. Every detail is intentional, because every woman who walks through that door deserves to feel welcomed.

This is what it looks like to build a culture of life, one relationship at a time. 💙
