MONDAY CLUB RECAP! ๐
Monday was a busy day of learning, creating, and building skills across our Calhoun County 4-H clubs!
๐ Panhandle Poultry Club
Members explored poultry nutrition and learned what chickens need to stay healthy. They practiced reading feed labels, comparing different feeds, and identifying ingredients that help support healthy birds.
๐งฑ LEGO Club
Members put their engineering and problem-solving skills to the test with a LEGO Drop Challenge! Using just 20 bricks, they designed and built structures to withstand a 3-foot drop, testing what makes a design strong and durable.
๐งต Homeschool Home Economics Club
Members continued working on their sewing projects while building practical money management skills. They explored spending and saving, discussed needs versus wants, and learned how to make thoughtful choices with their money.
๐ด Horse Club
Members focused on horse tack, grooming, and proper tacking techniques while also developing their hippology knowledge. These hands-on skills help youth become more knowledgeable and confident horsemen and horsewomen.
From the barn to the building table, our 4-H members are learning by doing, developing new skills, and putting their knowledge into practice!
