Where: Giant Park 1134 Giant Drive in Blue Earth, Mn.
What? 10,000 Peas for the Playground Campaign Kickoff!
Who: Everyone!
Why? Because childhood should be GIANT—and barriers to play should be pea-sized.

Your donation that day will help unlock matching funds from an anonymous donor—making your generosity go even further toward our new inclusive playground.

Every contribution brings us closer to our $10,000 goal and a place where everyone of all abilities can play together.

Flannel Fest Update - CANCELLED!

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to cancel Flannel Fest scheduled for Saturday, October 24.

We are disappointed that things did not come together as we had hoped this year, but we are grateful to everyone who purchased tickets, helped spread the word, and supported the event.

Thank you for your understanding and for continuing to support the Blue Earth Area Chamber of Commerce and our local community!

🍁 FLANNEL FEST – AN IMPORTANT UPDATE 🍁

Flannel Fest is just weeks away on Saturday, October 24th, but ticket sales are below our target. To ensure the event is financially viable, our committee will review sales on Monday, October 19th, and decide whether to proceed.

If you plan to attend, please purchase your tickets now! Your support could help keep this event on the calendar.

The Blue Earth Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention & Visitors Bureau is looking for our next Executive Director!

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is organized and curious, and wants to make a difference in Blue Earth. Chamber experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, build relationships, take initiative, and become part of our community.

We have an incredible team of staff, volunteers, Board members, community partners, and Chamber colleagues ready to help our next Executive Director get started.

Wondering what’s included with your Flannel Fest ticket? (See previous post for event details!) We’ve got you covered! Here’s what you need to know before you grab your flannel and head our way.
🍂 TICKETS
• $40 in advance
• $50 at the door
• You must be 18 or older to attend this event.
• Tickets are available below, at the Giant Welcome Center, or on the Chamber website.
• Ticket price includes admission, entertainment, snacks, water, root b**r and memories!

There’s really only one rule: WEAR FLANNEL!

Riverside Town & Country Club will have mixed drinks, b**r, w**e, seltzers, and soft drinks available for purchase. Drink tickets can be purchased with cash or card.
There is NO ATM on-site, so please plan accordingly.
Lost Saint Brewing is providing a root b**r keg!
Culligan Water of Fairmont, MN will be providing bottled water!
Various snacks will be available throughout the evening.

We will have a Silent Auction with some great items up for grabs!
Want to hear your favorite song? Want to stop a song? Have a special request for the dueling pianos? Bring a little extra cash! 😉 You just might have an opportunity to make it happen!
