On this 25th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, your Blue Grass Fire Department will honor our fallen brothers and sisters with a silent lighted procession through town. This procession pays tribute to the brave individuals who paid the Ultimate Sacrifice that day to save their fellow man. Please join us along the route shown below with flags, signs or a simple hand over heart as we pass to show we haven't and will never forget!
The procession will leave the fire station promptly at 7:30pm 9/11/26 and conclude back at the fire station where the flag will be returned to full mast, then lowered back to half as the ceremonial bell is rang to symbolize our brothers and sister duties are fullfilled and they have returned to quarters.
