🇺🇸 WE WILL NEVER FORGET — SEPTEMBER 11, 2001 🇺🇸

Today, Bluefield Rescue Squad pauses to remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the firefighters, EMS professionals, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, military members, and ordinary citizens who showed extraordinary courage on one of the darkest days in our nation’s history.

Twenty-five years later, their courage, sacrifice, and service continues to inspire us.

Today is also a very special day for Bluefield Rescue Squad as we proudly introduce the newest truck to our fleet — a truck designed with a purpose far greater than simply answering calls.

This truck is dedicated to the heroes of 9/11. 🇺🇸

Every time it travels through our community, we hope it serves as a moving reminder of those who ran toward danger when others were running away, those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and those whose lives were forever changed that day.

As EMS providers, we understand the meaning of answering the call. It is our privilege to carry the memory of those heroes with us as we continue serving our community.

May we never forget the lives lost.
May we never forget the families left behind.
May we never forget the courage of our first responders.
May we never forget September 11, 2001.

🇺🇸 Bluefield Rescue Squad — Serving Our Community Since 1965
WE WILL NEVER FORGET. 🇺🇸
