Meet Kylie Tomlin, our Executive Director!
"My journey to Helping Hands didn’t exactly unfold the way I expected! As I began exploring what was next, I had the opportunity to interview with Helping Hands, and I quickly realized how closely my passions and values aligned with the work being done here. I’m so grateful that what started as an unexpected next step became exactly where I was meant to be!
One of my favorite parts of my role is getting to work alongside such an incredible team, build meaningful relationships throughout our community, and witness firsthand the hope, healing, and transformation happening in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. I believe deeply in the difference a strong support system can make in someone’s life, and I love that Helping Hands has the opportunity to step into those gaps and offer encouragement, connection, and support along the way.
More than anything, I’m continually amazed by God’s faithfulness to Helping Hands and the ways He continues to open doors, provide for our organization, and work in the stories of the families who walk through our doors.
Outside of work, I’ve been married to my best friend, Ryan, for six years, and we share our home with two cats and an adorable golden retriever! I love poetry, a good thriller book, just about any art museum, and dreaming up our next travel adventure.
I’m so grateful to be part of the Helping Hands family and to have the opportunity to be part of the hope, healing, and support this organization brings to our community."
