The Regional Environmental Office of Long Island has many conservation projects that help to preserve our beautiful natural environment. These projects range from monitoring and protecting endangered species in our area to removing invasive ones that threaten the biodiversity of our native habitats. We are also the headquarters for the environmental programs offered at various state parks in the Long Island region. Throughout the year we offer nature programs for schools, scouts, families, children, and adults!
