For the NYC Mayor to take the anniversary of the Oct 7 attacks on Israel to attempt to create a moral equivalence between Hamas and Israel, or even the United States, is absurd. Terrorists should not be afforded moral equivalence, ever.

For American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten to make her entire fall campaign strategy about immigration seems a little out of her field, doesn’t it? I support teachers, but I hope teachers know that the National Union is more interested in playing partisan politics than helping improve education.

One thing made completely clear tonight in the general election debate: Alan Wilson is prepared, experienced, and has the right temperament to be the next South Carolina Governor. As a man who has debated with him, I can tell you he means what he says and says what he means! 🇺🇸 🌴

The Administration’s “Weaponization Working Group” released a report that the Biden Administration DOJ recommended targeting concerned parents at school board meetings as potential domestic terrorists. This is unconscionable, not to mention unconstitutional, and those responsible should be immediately barred from any future service in government.

I usually get asked every first Saturday of the month what’s wrong. No, we're not getting bombed. We have an ongoing tradition in the Upstate of the fire stations sounding air raid style alarms every first Saturday of the month. It's a tradition for those of us who have lived here our whole lives, we are used to it. Good routine stuff, nothing to email about in fear. 🇺🇸

In an era of higher prices, what do you think about tipping fatigue? I literally went through a drive-through locally the other day to order a single cup of black coffee and was prompted for a tip. I do not do tips at a drive-through, but I am a generous tip for sit down. Do you think tipping culture has gotten out of hand in the post-Covid era?

In light of the recent events surrounding the FlyDubai attack, I am pleased that the U.S. State Department has curtailed immigration from nations known to be home to radicals. Radical Islam and America don’t mix, and we need to ensure that we are not allowing foxes into the henhouse. 🇺🇸

Jack Smith represents a sort of weaponization of law enforcement that undermines the rule of law and the public’s confidence in our institutions. Sen. Kennedy was right in his assessment of Smith making him “want to throw up in my mouth.”

I will renew my push for a complete overhaul of the SC Judiciary in 2027. I pray incoming Gov Wilson will help me get this reform across the finish line.

Ethics complaints against South Carolina’s circuit judges are buried in an opaque system that shields the accused.

Kennedy is right. Free speech is essential, and it teaches us what people really believe. 🇺🇸
