Zine hang down in Zine Town!!
Tues 4/7 6:30pm - 8:30pm at the OLC (905 Warren St)
Met a bunch of zinester dreamersters at Zine Fort (thanks .gb for having us!), so figured we could throw a zine event together quick like to make those dreams come true!
If you want to learn, our resident zinester will teach you all the mystic arts of zine making you could wish.
If you already know what to do, you can just hang out and work on your own zine and non-zine projects in some artsy community. We'll have a laptop, some printers, and the ultimate zine binder: a foot powered wire stitcher from the 1950's (it's a glorified stapler, but it works real good)!
Move away from the terrible politics of Idaho, and come settle down on Zine Town for a night!

We’re making our clothes our OWN this weekend! Wanna join us? Come to our upcoming Customize Your Clothes Workshop! ⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪
Have an item of clothing you want to personalize? Curious about printing on fabrics? Bring your clothes and we’ll help you turn them into something truly unique! We’ll be using various stamps to help you print directly on your clothes, make patches, and provide a sewing machine (along with guidance on how to use it). This is a fun time to play around and get inspired.
Afraid to use your own clothes? We’ll provide free shirts for participants to experiment with and take home.
This is a drop-in event, so come whenever you can and stay as long as you like! (Registration ahead of time is preferred so we can make sure to have enough materials, but day-of drop ins are welcome and folks will just be asked to pay at the door.)
WHEN: Sunday, May 18
TIME: 2-5pm
WHERE: Open Letter Collective (905 W Warren St)
REGISTER: On our website at OpenLetterBoise.org/Workshops or just show up!
