We're counting down the days until Halloween! Here are some of our favorite pictures of our fall AdVentures! From carving pumpkins, to a corn maze and apple picking, we do it all! What's your favorite way to celebrate the season?

We LOVE to bowl! You could say we’re right up our alley! Ready to roll? We have two great bowling opportunities coming up, and there’s still room for you to join the fun! Bowl us over at Bowling & Dinner on Wednesday, October 28, at 5 PM, or strike up some fun at our Monday Bowling Club at BSU. Call Fort Boise Community Center TODAY to get enrolled.

We had so much fun ringing in the autumn weather with our very first Hoedown Night last Friday! Here are just a few of our favorite photos. Thank you to everyone who came to dance and especially to the volunteers and staff who made it possible. Yeehaw!

The stats are in!

From October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026, AdVenture hosted 499 programs, the most we’ve ever offered in a single year!

Over the course of the year, we welcomed 1,179 individual participants for a whopping 11,258 visits to our programs. That means the average participant visited our programs about 10 times!

Those are some BIG numbers, and we couldn’t be more excited to see AdVenture growing and creating more opportunities for recreation, connection, and adventure in our community. 💚

Thank you to every participant, family member, volunteer, and staff member who has been part of the AdVenture journey this year. We’re so grateful you’re along for the ride, and we can’t wait to see what’s next! 🥳

Here at AdVenture, we love to try new things! One of our brand new activities this fall was an (alcohol free) bike bar experience! We had so much fun pedaling around downtown, listening to our favorite songs and exploring the city with friends. Thank you to Pedals and Pints Boise for helping cultivate such a wonderful experience for our participants.

What unique adVenture should we go on next?!

Last week, our Social Club participants looked through old photos and created their very own Social Club scrapbooks! It was such a fun project to work on together, and we wanted to share a few of the pages they made.

There were so many creative and amazing pages, so these are just a couple of highlights! We love seeing the memories our participants make together.

Interested in joining Social Club? Our Tuesday club still has a couple of spots available. Sign up today and join the fun!

Wahoo! Wheelchair sports are back in session! Do you (or someone you know) play wheelchair basketball or wheelchair rugby? Have you always wanted to try? We offer wheelchair sports every Saturday with wheelchair basketball from 3-5 PM and wheelchair rugby from 5:15-7:45!

No sports chair? No problem! We have basketball and rugby chairs (both offensive and defensive) for players to use.

The drop in fee is $5 to play but it's WAY cheaper if you enroll for the whole session online. Get signed up today by calling Fort Boise Community Center or online. Scholarships are available!

PS - For youth players, we offer wheelchair basketball Skills & Drills from 1:15-2:45 BUT you cannot drop in, you must complete enrollment online before you come. There's still space and we'd love to see you there!
