Hello Boise Rotarians,
We are excited to share that Rotary has signed up to participate in the Idaho 250 Parade on Saturday, July 4 in downtown Boise, and we'd love to have members from all Boise-area Rotary/Rotaract/Interact clubs join us in walking in the parade!
This year's parade is part of the America250 celebration commemorating the 250th anniversary of our nation's founding. The parade begins at 10:00 a.m. in downtown Boise (Saturday, July 4th!) and will be broadcast throughout Idaho as communities come together to celebrate this historic milestone. Additional event information can be found at the Boise 4th website: https://boise4th.com/.
Since the Rotary Club of Boise was founded 109 years ago, Rotarians have been actively serving our community through volunteer projects, youth leadership programs, scholarships, local partnerships, and countless efforts to make Boise a better place to live and work. Participating in this parade is a great opportunity to showcase Rotary's long history of service and the impact our clubs continue to make throughout the Treasure Valley.
Our parade entry will be simple, fun, and focused on our members. We are inviting Rotarians, family members, Interactors, Rotaractors, and friends of Rotary to walk together in the parade. Participants will help represent Rotary by waiving at spectators, sharing smiles, and passing out candy along the route.
We encourage everyone to wear Rotary gear, club shirts, Rotary colors, or other Rotary-branded apparel. Please also bring your club banners and flags so we can proudly showcase each Rotary club and highlight the strength and impact of Rotary throughout our community.
This is a unique opportunity to celebrate the collective impact of Rotary Club of Boise, Rotary Club of Boise Centennial, Boise Sunrise Rotary, Boise Metro Rotary, Rotary Club of Boise Southwest & Boise East Rotary, Rotaract Club of Treasure Valley and our Boise Interact Clubs.

☀️ Beautiful weather, great company, and a cleaner community! Today members of the Boise East Rotary rolled up their sleeves for our highway cleanup project.
“Service Above Self” isn’t just a motto — it’s a commitment to taking pride in our community, protecting our environment, and working together to make a lasting impact. 🌎🧤🛣️
Small acts of service create big change, and today was a great reminder of the power of Rotary values in action. 💙💛

Rotarians serving the community for Epic Day of Service!
Rotary Club of Nampa spent over two hours picking up trash at the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge, in Nampa. Teams were built and assigned themselves to specific points at the refuge, all around Lake Lowell.
Rotarian Laura Paige, from Boise East Rotary club, joined team Marie Baker with the Nampa Club on this Epic Day of Service. Every act of service, big or small, matters.
