May is Mental Health Awareness Month.

Mental health is an important part of overall health. It affects how we think, feel, connect with others, and navigate life’s challenges.

This month is a reminder to check in on yourself, check in on others, and remember that seeking help is a sign of strength.

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.
