The Idaho Commission for Libraries (ICfL) currently has an opening for a full-time Youth Services Program Specialist in our downtown Boise office!
The mission of the ICfL is to assist libraries to build the capacity to best serve their communities. Located in the heart of downtown Boise, the ICfL embodies a people-focused agency with a supportive and friendly culture. The ICfL offers flexible schedules and telework options!
Purpose Statement: The purpose of this position is to carry out complex program functions, and to facilitate efficient workflows amongst the various youth services staff and projects. This position operates as a member of a team to provide high quality services to Idaho libraries.

It's time for K-12 students to enter the annual Doodle for Google contest with artwork that addresses the theme "I am grateful for…”! A new SLA Mini-Grant for a new year! More Idaho schools are now eligible to apply for the ICfL's School Library Access Mini-Grants. High schools? Middle schools? Jr. High Schools? Yep! Even schools that have already received one or more SLA Mini-Grants are eligible to apply with some timing restrictions.

The Idaho Science and Aerospace Scholars program allows high school juniors the opportunity to take an engaging online NASA-developed course on space exploration.
