To kick off , we invite men living with epilepsy and men who are caregivers to pause and reflect on their health. Stress, poor sleep, difficulty getting exercise, and challenges finding connection with others can affect both men with epilepsy and caregivers. Take time this month to identify one healthy habit you can fit into your schedule. Share in the comments what healthy habits help you most. Read this blog for tips for men with epilepsy: https://www.epilepsy.com/stories/improve-health-mens-health-month?utm_campaign=menshealth&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_content=1780332421

Sharonβs Ride is always such a reminder of why we do what we do π
This event honors the legacy of Sharon Rosenfeld - a nurse, teacher, and advocate who cared deeply about epilepsy awareness and helmet safety.
Founded in 1995 by Dr. William Rosenfeld and Dr. Susan Lippman, Sharonβs Ride continues to bring people together to support the epilepsy community and spread awareness year after year for epilepsy and bike helmet safety.
To everyone who walked, ran, volunteered, donated, or showed up to support this mission...
Thank You π«Ά
Already counting down until next year! π΄ββοΈπββοΈπΆββοΈ
