If you’re organizing a sales event like a fall festival or holiday market, be sure you’ve registered the event with us so your vendors can register and get permits to collect and pay sales tax. If you had a valid extension for income tax, your return is due today. Make sure to pay anything you owe when you file to avoid a penalty. You’ll owe interest on anything you owed but didn’t pay by April 15, and other penalties could apply. See tax.idaho.gov/extension
