URGENT - CALL TO ACTION:

A lawfully permanent resident in Twin Falls was taken by ICE from his own business last week. His name is Binod Shah, he is a lawfully permanent resident, and is illegally being detained. He is being held in ICE detention in Tacoma, WA. If he gets deported to his country or origin he could be killed. His family said ICE already booked his ticket.

Mike Simpson, Idaho’s congressman, has gotten people out of detention before. If you are a citizen or can ask a citizen— Can you please call him and ask him to get Mr. Binod Shah released? Mr. Shah is a father and takes care of his mother and wife as well. They are really scared and just want their family member back.

This information comes from the Agency of New American's Twin Falls office and we do have confirmation from his family that he is in the facility and that we are able to share his name for urgent support.
