A dusting of snow at Brundage Mountain Resort near McCall this morning. The lake is steaming because the water temperature is warmer than the air temperature, and the air is near full saturation.

☀️Updated temperature and wind gust forecasts for the end of the week through the weekend. High pressure over the region will bring temperatures up to 20 degrees above normal by Friday, before a mostly dry Pacific low pressure system returns a cooling trend over the weekend. Breezy winds will be expected over most areas Thursday through the weekend.

A warm up in store this week with temperatures ten degrees above normal by Wednesday. No significant chances of precipitation, but more wind anticipated for the middle of the week.
