The purpose of the Snake River Chapter of the American Society of Safety Professionals is to promote the safety profession and provide safety resources.

The chapter is centered in Boise with members from SW Idaho and Eastern Oregon. The Snake River Chapter (SRC) of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) is composed of safety and health practitioners from private industry and government whose purpose is to promote and facilitate development of the safety profession within Southern Idaho, Eastern Oregon and ASSE’s Region II.
