Boise Composite Squadron, CAP

The Boise Composite Squadron is located in Idaho’s capital city. We meet on Gowen Field, across from the Boise Airport, every Tuesday night from 6:00-9:00 PM (1800 – 2100) in building 147. To visit the Boise Squadron: call, email, or message us and we’ll be glad to provide you with more information.

The squadron is actively involved in the Boise community. Everything from presenting the colors for local events to setting up a children’s fun run to participating in real world search and rescue missions.

Young people ages 12-21 start in the Cadet Program. Cadets receive training in leadership, aerospace education, and emergency services. Cadets can also participate in other specialty areas including CyberPatriot, Model Rocketry, and Color Guard.

Senior Members are adult members of the squadron. They train and mentor Cadets, and when qualified, can fly and lead search and rescue missions in the Gem State.
