Growing up is hard, especially when young people today are facing many challenges: a national mental health crisis, bullying, political attacks on their identities, and a global climate crisis.

So ahead of World Mental Health Day on 10/10, we've released a new report, Supporting Mental Health and Well-Being at Camp: Conversations with Camp Fire Staff and Youth.

This study explores the challenges staff and young people face at camp and what can help them feel supported.

The best part is a camp, afterschool program, or classroom of any size or budget can adopt some of these practices to help young people.
