🐄 It’s going to be a legen-dairy night at the Jersey Jamboree!

Join us tonight at 4PM at the fair as our County Extension Director and other Brunswick County leaders learn the art of showing dairy cows from our talented 4-H’ers, then step into the show ring themselves. Come out and support our 4-H youth and see our local leaders try something new! 🎡

🍎🥦 Learning Healthy Habits at Bolivia Elementary! 🏃‍♀️💚

Last week, our EFNEP Programmer and Nutrition Educator, Angie, taught 90 third graders at Bolivia Elementary all about nutrition, food safety, and the importance of staying active! 🎉

Through fun and engaging lessons, students learned valuable tips to help them make healthy food choices, practice safe food handling, and incorporate physical activity into their daily routines. A big thank you to Bolivia Elementary for welcoming us!

As National 4-H week comes to an end, we wanted to acknowledge how grateful we are for the Brunswick County Commissioners for recognizing and proclaiming October 4-10, 2026 as National 4-H Week! 🍀 Thanks for helping us celebrate the impact of 4-H and the opportunities it provides for youth to learn, lead and grow!

Today, the Brunswick County Board of Commissioners proclaimed October 4–10, 2026, as National 4-H Week in Brunswick County, NC!🍀

And today, we’re Going Green for 4-H! 💚 Our 4-H family is wearing green to show our pride and help kick off a week of celebrating all things 4-H!
